What makes you proud of working at Strawberry?
I am proud that the company shares my values and it is called WeCare. And as a chef I am also especially proud of the food revolution which Strawberry is committed to. Cooking comes from my heart with passion and commitment and Strawberry is supporting me in that. Last summer our breakfast was extremely popular with hundreds of guests, almost every day. We were able to keep the high standards and pleasing the guests with a variety of choices so that everyone was able to enjoy their favorites every morning. Because of this our hotel got several new loyal guests who kept coming again to enjoy our high standards.
What’s a typical challenge you might face in the kitchen? And how would you overcome it?
Sometimes we face hectic situations e.g. big groups coming at the same time or big events with hundreds of customers. Good team work is needed to survive these challenges and this far we have managed very well.
What do you tell your family when you come home after a day of work?
I am lucky to have a wonderful family to share my kitchen stories with. Sometimes when we get especially good feedback from the customers I share this with my family, feeling especially proud of my work.
