Being approved means that the company has made an inventory and analysis of where on the gender equality scale Nordic Choice Hotels/eBerry by Nordic Choice Hotels is today. They have read our internal policies, given us feedback, and made a plan to continue to be an attractive and inclusive employer for current and potential employees. Hence, this states that we have the right policies, tools, and skillset to be a female- and non-binary-friendly workplace and that we know how to maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment for our employees. But also that we are aware of the issues and are dedicated to reducing them by giving everyone the same opportunities.
