Breakfast, lunch, a la carte, events, set menus, etc! We could go on telling you about all the different kinds of food we serve our guests. We could also tell you that this is a very challenging role considering that we are one of Northern-Norway's biggest hotels. We could also tell you that we are looking for someone that loves structure, is a good leader and puts passion into everything she/he does.
But all of the above are facts and expectations we already think you know is needed for this kind of role.
Are you our new Executive Chef?
We are looking for an inspiring, coaching and clear leader who, together with the team, will take the hotel into the future! You have experience from large banquet operations, keep high quality levels at large volumes, but also a la carte operations, are structured with an economic mind.
You are a structured food creator who, in your clear leadership, inspires and motivates your teams to develop on a personal level and towards the goals of the business with satisfied repeated guests. You maintain high standards for delivering world-class food experiences, you are environmentally aware and used to working with sustainability issues. You have winning instinct, are solution-oriented, good at communicating and with a high commercial focus.
