As the Performance Marketing Manager for Nordic Hotels and Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy to optimize revenue and enhance brand visibility across the Nordic region. Your primary objective will be to optimize and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. You demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in performance marketing, project and campaign management, market research, data modeling, relationship skills, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with hotels and relevant functions, creating workflows and meeting structure, kpi’s and analytic dashboards and be the main point of contact within performance management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies and a setup of systems, tools, partners and dashboards to increase online bookings, revenue, and market share for Nordic Hotels and Resorts.
  • Set requirements to agencies performance marketing agencies, providing guidance on campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Utilize analytics tools and customer insights to identify key market segments, trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, revenue management, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of digital advertising channels including PPC, display advertising, paid social, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage and guide in budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve marketing goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to digital marketing, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks associated with data privacy, security, and advertising regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and technology partners to leverage their expertise and resources as needed.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and spearhead experimentation and innovation initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hospitality industry experience is preferred
  • A proven performance marketing manager with a knack for leading digital-first initiatives.
  • Highly experienced in turning marketing data into actionable insights, with a focus on ensuring high ROI
  • Able to articulate a cohesive strategy across both internal and external terms.
  • Able to blend a data-driven approach to marketing without sacrificing brand tone, voice, and messaging.
  • Experienced in using CRMs/Marketing Automation, and have an above-average ability to effectively leverage to consolidate data, segment marketing campaigns, and manage databases.
  • Committed to lifelong learning, always looking for new trends, tools, and strategies in the digital marketing space.
  • Thrive in a cross-functional team environment, working towards shared goals with enthusiasm and dedication.
