What will you do?

As a Hub Bar Supervisor, you are the shift leader on duty and must ensure the daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will create unforgettable experiences for the bar's guests together with your team and help put Hub Bar on the Oslo map. Your main tasks include:

• Serving food and drinks to the guests
• Quality assurance of service and product
• Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus
• Training and development of personnel
• Cash settlement
• Product orders
• Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act

The position involves shift work on weekdays and at weekends.

Who are we looking for?

• You understand what it means to be a good team leader and preferably have previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role.
• You have a clear service gene and see challenges positively, not as problems.
• You are keen to deliver high quality in everything you do and always go the extra mile to exceed the guest's expectations.
• You are good at motivating the team around you and leading everyone towards the same goal.
• You recognize yourself in our values, which are energy, courage and enthusiasm.
• The position requires that you can communicate well in Norwegian and/or English.

Hva skal du gjøre?

Som Hub Bar Supervisor er du skiftleder på vakten og skal sikre den daglige driften i Hub Bar. Du skal skape uforglemmelige opplevelser for barens gjester sammen med ditt team og bidra til å sette Hub Bar på Oslo-kartet. Dine hovedoppgaver inkluderer:

• Servering av mat og drikke til barens gjester 
• Kvalitetssikring av service og produkt
• Bidra i utvikling av barkart og meny
• Opplæring og utvikling av personal
• Kasseoppgjør
• Varebestillinger
• Overholde skjenkeloven

Stillingen innebærer skiftarbeid på hverdager og i helg.

Hvem ser vi etter?

• Du forstår hva det betyr å være en god teamleder og har helst tidligere erfaring som Bar Supervisor eller liknende rolle. 
• Du har et tydelig servicegen og ser positivt på utfordringer, ikke som problemer.
• Du er opptatt av å levere høy kvalitet i alt du gjør og gir alltid det lille ekstra for å overgå gjestens forventninger.
• Du er god på å motivere teamet rundt deg og lede alle mot samme mål.
• Du kjenner deg igjen i våre verdier som er energi, mot og begeistring. 
• Stillingen krever at du kan kommunisere godt på norsk og/eller engelsk.
