Den 27 september öppnade äntligen Clarion Hotel Umeå upp sina dörrar! Hotellet har 270 rum och en fantastisk mötesarena med en bankettsal på 500 kvadratmeter, en restaurang på top floor med tillhörande terrass, gym & spa. Här välkomnas både locals och inresande in i Umeås nya pulserande vardagsrum, en naturlig plats att vara på, oavsett anledning.

Just nu söker vi en driven och ambitiös Welcome Office Supervisor som ska vara med och driva servicen i hotellets hjärta: receptionen. Du kommer tillsammans med teamet att vara med och utveckla avdelningen och ingå i hotellets supervisor-grupp, du rapporterar till Guest Service Manager. Du har erfarenhet från hotellreception, har en smittande positiv energi, samt drivs av samverkan mellan avdelningar. Naturligtvis tar du också fullt ägande över gästernas totala hotellupplevelse, och inte bara ditt eget arbetsområde, varje dag.

Som Welcome Office Supervisor har du en avgörande roll i att tillsammans med teamet skapa unika upplevelser för hotellets gäster samt att leda teamet i att ge fenomenal service. Därför tror vi att du har erfarenhet från servicebranschen och ett arbete i en hotellreception.
Din positiva inställning, ditt problemlösande arbetssätt och härliga energi smittar av sig till personer omkring dig. Du har god organisationsförmåga, är proaktiv och drivs av samarbete både inom och mellan avdelningar och du tar fullt ägandeskap inte bara för ditt område, utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse. Alltid och varje gång!
