Mitt i Arlandastad, intill Scandinavian XPO ( Nordens närmaste mötesplats), 5 min från Arlanda, hittar du Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO. Enkelt att pendla till via Märsta eller Arlanda.
Vi är ett eventhotell och kan anordna både stora och små evenemang. Hotellet, som genomgått en total makeover och byggt ut med 200 hotellrum, stod klart i februari 2021. Hos oss finner du en stor eventsal för 550 personer, 16 st konferenslokaler, 421 hotellrum, Brasserie X , lobbybar och gym.
Vi söker nu en superstjärna som vill vara med och utveckla hotellet framåt med fokus på möten och event.
För att axla denna roll bör du sedan tidigare vara insatt i hur man arbetar med projektledning av möten och konferenser på hotell. Du behöver ha ett coachande sätt och älska att hela tiden se möjligheter i varje grupp. Du vet att sälj är service och service är sälj - alla våra grupper ska få möjligheten att uppleva hotellet på bästa sätt.
Vårt Meeting & Event team är under uppbyggnad och du förväntas jobba operativt med planering av grupper samt genomföranden av event. Du är en del av vår driftsgrupp och har personalansvar för din avdelning i allt från uppföljning till rekrytering, medarbetarsamtal och lönerapportering. Du kommer också vara single point of contact med vår säljavdelning som sitter på huvudkontoret.
Tidigare erfarenhet av Cenium och Proposales är meriterande och vi ser att du har erfarenhet av personalansvar sedan tidigare.
Som Meeting & Event Manager förväntas du:
Skift och helgarbete förekommer beroende på när kundens arrangemang genomförs.
