Bar Lilla e on konsepti, jossa tutut normit haastetaan ja jossa klassisiin cocktaileihin yhdistyy luovuus ja pohjoismainen positiivinen hulluus. Meillä Bar Lilla e:ssä "normaali" on tuntematonta ja pelkkä "hyvä" ei riitä. Lilla e:tä ei voi sanoin kuvata - se pitää kokea!
Haemme tiimiimme ammattitaitoaan jo kartuttanutta, ja intohimoisesti cocktail-maailmaan suhtautuvaa, kokoaikaista baarimestaria.
Olet sosiaalinen persoona, joka syttyy elämysten tuottamisesta vieraillemme. Viihdyt vilkkaassa ja alati muuttuvassa hotellin ympäristössä, jossa yksikään päivä ei ole samanlainen.
Esimiesroolissasi hoidat sujuvasti kansainvälisen asiakaskunnan palvelun sekä taustatöitä, kuten varastonhallintaa ja kassajärjestelmän päivittämistä.
Cocktaillistamme vaihtuu useaan otteeseen vuoden aikana, ja toivomme sinulta osaamista sen kehittelyyn ja jalkauttamiseen.
Upeassa lobby baarissamme myös tapahtuu; DJ:n tahdittamat Lilla Groovetastic- perjantait, sekä tarinoita täynnä olevat Drinks & Tales-illat tekevät työpäivistäsi erilaisia. Yksityistilaisuuksissa pääsemme loistamaan upealla Private Bartender-konseptillamme.
Kesällä sisäpihamme terassi houkuttelee sekä hotellin majoittujia, että lähialueen asukkaita viettämään kesäiltoja.
Toivomme, että ymmärrät sekä arvostat vaativaa asiakaskuntaa. Hotellin monipuoliset ravintolatoiminnot tarjoavat mielenkiintoisen esimiestehtävän, jossa saat kokonaisvaltaista kokemusta kansainvälisestä ympäristöstä.
Työssäsi käytät sujuvasti suomen ja englannin kieltä. Työajat sijoittuvat iltoihin ja viikonloppuihin. Edellytämme, että sinulta löytyy hygienia- ja anniskelupassi.
