Product Manager - Digital Experiences

We at eBerry are set off on an exciting journey as a part of Strawberry with a focus to create the worlds best digital customer journey. We just launched our new brand, Strawberry, and we are transforming from a traditional hotel company to become a universe of offers and experiences. This will result in many new interesting development areas in the upcoming year and an opportunity to influence the company's future. The product team is responsible for a range of products in our web and app platforms, for example explore and book, membership, and the digital experience related to the visit. 

What you will be doing: 

• Be responsible for the vision, KPIs and the success of the product.
  Together with the product development team 
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to analyze needs, evaluate ideas and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Lead and drive the work around the product from idea to backlog and ensure that the most valuable features are built.
• Work closely with UX, development, QA, content, analysis in implementing selected ideas  
• Lead go live activities and set expectations for new features
• Having an agile and data driven mindset “how can we quickly verify our assumptions”
• Remain up to date on trends and best practices

• Two years of experience in product development and building great products that have generated tangible value
• Ability to efficiently lead and collaborate in a cross-functional environment .
• Fluent in agile methodologies
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
