As Senior Vice President, you have the overall responsibility for further developing the brand and securing Comfort Hotel™'s position in the market. You also have the bottom line responsibility for the group.
We are looking for someone who has solid experience in leading managers. You are able to manage towards strategic goals, while at the same time being able to spar with your operations directors and hotel directors on an operational level.
You are a commercial, charismatic and confident leader who can demonstrate success at a portfolio level. You experience success when your employees flourish. Sustainability, diversity and inclusion go hand in hand with market share, profitability and growth.
We therefore believe that you have experience from portfolio hotel management - and preferably from the budget segment specifically.
You are relaxed and informal, with a strong commercial and market focus. You have a very good financial understanding and you are pragmatic, flexible and solution-oriented. Also in meetings with relevant stakeholders.
You should also enjoy developing people and the ability to facilitate investments in new talent. We take diversity seriously, and know that people with different experiences, backgrounds and skills will add value to us.

You may be resident in Norway or Sweden, and you must expect to move between the Nordic countries. Our corporate language is English. You should be relatively fluent both orally and in writing, together with a Scandinavian language.
