Welcome Lobby Manager on vastaanoton esihenkilö. Tarjoamamme sijaisuus on kokoaikainen työ määräaikaisella sopimuksella toukokuusta 2023 syyskuulle 2024.
Welcome Lobby Managerin työnkuva nimensä mukaisesti keskittyy vieraidemme palvelukokemuksen kehittämiseen ja ylläpitämiseen, siihen, että he kokevat meillä St. Georgessa vieraillessaan olonsa tervetulleeksi. Vieraamme ovat meille tärkeitä ja teemme kaikkemme, jotta heidän vierailukokemuksensa olisi joka kerta ensiluokkainen aina varausvaiheesta uloskirjautumiseen asti ja tämän jälkeenkin palautteen käsittelyn yhteydessä. Welcome Lobby Manager vastaa myös vastaanottotilojen viihtyvyydestä ja toimivuudesta.
Toimintamme keskiössä vieraidemme lisäksi on timanttinen tiimimme. Welcome Lobby Managerina toimit vastaanottotiimin lähiesihenkilönä, vastaat tiimin rekrytoinneista, ohjaamisesta ja tukemisesta. Olet vastuussa työvuorosuunnittelusta ja työnkuvasi sisältää suorittavaa työtä vastaanotossa.
Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä hotellipäällikön sekä muun operatiivisen johtoryhmän kanssa varmistaen, että osastollesi asetetut tulokselliset tavoitteet, sekä asiakas- ja työtyytyväisyystavoitteet saavutetaan noudattaen Hotel St. Georgen arvoja. Käytät tehtävien mukaisia järjestelmiä ja raportoit hotellipäällikölle.
Odotamme sinulta aikaisempaa ansiokasta esihenkilökokemusta useamman vuoden ajalta, alan koulutusta, kokemusta työvuorosuunnittelusta, kykyä organisoida oma-aloitteisesti sekä hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja. Olet empaattinen ja sosiaalinen. Osaat hoitaa monta asiaa samanaikaisesti, etkä hätkähdä kiireestä. Laaja-alainen vastuullisuus ja yhdenvertaisuus ohjaavat kaikkea toimintaasi. Arvostat itseäsi ja kaikkia ihmisiä ympärilläsi heidän lähtökohdistaan huolimatta. Tunnet onnistuneesi, kun huomaat ilostuttavasi ihmisiä ympärilläsi. Sydämesi sykkii vieraanvaraisuudelle ja haluat tarjota vieraillemme aina odotuksia enemmän. Puhut ja kirjoitat suomea ja englantia sujuvasti.
Luomme yhdessä korkealaatuisia ja taianomaisia ilon hetkiä, joita vieraamme poimivat parhaiksi muistoiksi matkaltaan ja kotiin viemisiksi.

Hotel St. George
Vanhan kirkkopuiston kupeessa sijaitsevassa Hotel St. Georgessa on 148 ainutlaatuista huonetta ja viisi sviittiä.
