Vi søker en person som vil jobbe etter verdier som nærhet, lidenskap og presisjon til vår spa-shop på Farris Bad.
Du er fleksibel, nysgjerrig, har god arbeidsmoral og stå-på vilje. Du strekker deg langt for at gjesten skal komme tilbake til oss og liker å jobbe i et variert miljø med mål om å være blant de beste og ekte spa i Norden.
Som Spa shop resepsjonist er ditt hovedansvar å sjekke gjester inn og ut av spa, gi informasjon, booke inn behandlinger samt håndtere salg av velvære produkter og gaver.
Vi er ett av Skandinavias største og mest velkjente spa-hotell med over 2 500 kvadratmeter spa. Vårt team består av medarbeidere fra hele verden, i alle aldre og vi tilbyr et varierende arbeid i et varmt og hektisk miljø. Våre forventninger til deg er at du har ett godt humør, er fleksibel, energisk, effektiv og god til å håndtere stress. Det er også en stor fordel om du har erfaring som terapeut og/eller fra hudpleie klinikk.
Ansvarsområde/oppgaver:
-mottakelse av gjest, booking av behandlinger, håndtere kasse, telefon og mail.
-salg av velvære produkter og gaver
-yte god service og informasjon ut til våre gjester
Du:
- er god til å håndtere stress, alltid smiler og sier hei
- er profesjonell i både ditt møte med gjester så vel kolleger
- behersker et Nordisk språk samt engelsk
- må kunne jobbe kvelder og helger
- er strukturert og pliktoppfyllende
- har fylt 18 år
