In the Front of House department at Villa Copenhagen our main focus is to create magical moments for all guests visiting Villa Copenhagen, while giving them the utmost service. 

As an intern with us you will experience: 

  • Preparing guest lists
  • Planning guests’ stay and following up with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience at check-in and during their stay
  • Welcoming guests and being a host at check-in
  • Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
  • Ensuring payments are made and followed up in a timely manner
  • Following up with guests after departure
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

Requirements for an internship at Villa Copenhagen 

  • Please see minimum internship length above
  • Clear goals set up by the school/programme 
  • School provides the intern with a contract, for the hotel to sign 
  • All internships at Villa are unpaid
