Inhouse Reservations Agent till Nordic Light Hotel & Hotel C Stockholm
Inhouse Reservations Agent har ansvar för den dagliga back of house arbetet för individuell bokning. Fokus ligger på att säkerställa kvalitén med fokus på gästens resa innan, under och efter vistelsen. Inhouse Reservations Agent ansvarar för båda hotellens administrativa uppgifterna så som mail, telefon, rutiner, delvis ekonomiska frågor mm. Rollen har ett stort säljfokus och förväntas jobba aktivt med merförsäljning. Du rapporterar till vår Director of Sales och är del av vårt säljteam.

Måstelistan
Tjänsten är på 100% tillsvidareanställning efter provanställning om 6 månader. Fast månadslön efter ö.k och utifrån kollektivavtal.
Tjänsten är främst schemalagd måndag till fredag 8-16:30 men kan ändras efter beläggning, VIP grupper etc.
Tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag så vänta inte med din ansökan!
