Quality Hotel™ Grand Royal søker en kokk som vil teste sine vinger
Velkommen ombord på flight QH2023 mot framtiden. Vi søker en kreativ kokk som skal lage mat til alle våre hotell- og konferansegjester, som om de befinner seg på business class. Fasten your seatbelt, it’s time for take off.
Vi søker kokk i 100% stilling. Arbeidsstedet vil variere mellom hotellets selskapslokaler, Rallarn Pub & Kro og Linken Restaurant & Bar. Disse to restaurantene er drevet av hotellet.
Linken Restaurant & Bar ligger på taket av hotellet og gir deg panoramautsikt over sentrum, fjord og fjell. Dette er perlen på hotellet som har områdets råeste utsikt.
Konseptet er tapas og vi tilbyr gode matopplevelser med lokale råvarer servert på en kunstnerisk måte. Videre utover kvelden og natten går vi over til å bli cocktailbar.
Rallar’n Pub og Kro er et tradisjonsrikt spisested som tilbyr gode smaksopplevelser i en koselig atmosfære. «Kroa» som spisestedet heter på folkemunne, assosieres gjerne med en god biffmiddag. Vår arktiske a la carte meny byr på en rekke smakfulle fristelser.
Hvem er du?
- Du har minst 3 års erfaring i kokkeyrket
- Du får arbeidsdagen til å fly avsted, også under stress
- Du sikter høyt og liker å tenke nytt
- Du er en god co-pilot mot ditt mannskap på kjøkkenet
- Du har sans for humor og liker å ha det gøy på jobb
- Fagbrev
- Manglende fagbrev kan erstattes med flere års erfaring.
