I 2024 åpner en ny type destinasjon i Bodø: Wood Hotel. På Rønvikfjellet, rett ved sjøkanten, bygges det nå et bærekraftig hotell helt i tre. Det vil bli et reisemål for både den norske og internasjonale reisende som er på jakt etter naturopplevelser av verdensklasse. Nå leter vi etter deg som skal lede denne fremtidsrettede virksomheten.

Vi leter etter deg som vil drive Wood Hotel og utvikle det til den selvfølgelige destinasjonen for grønn turisme. Du streber etter å skape et levende og attraktivt møtested med gjestene og personalet i fokus. Hotellet vil ha et aktivitets- og utendørsfokus, så det er en fordel om du er en person som samler på opplevelser i det fri. Rollen innebærer at du vil lede både utviklingen av hotellets posisjonering på markedet, samt merkeidentiteten i tråd med det spennende konseptet som hotellet representerer.

I dag jobber du antageligvis allerede som hotelldirektør og søker etter en ny utfordring hvor du kan jobbe med et selvstendig merke. Som leder er du kommunikativ og oppriktig, og leder ved å inspirere og skape deltakelse. Du har et sterkt forretningsdriv og ønsker alltid å jobbe sammen med teamet ditt for å drive en organisasjon i fremste linje. Vi verdsetter også at du, akkurat som oss, har et uttalt tankegang om bærekraft.

Wood Hotel vil være et bærekraftig fornøyelseshus for den moderne reisende. Med nesten 150 rom, restaurant, bar, konferansesenter, treningssenter, velværavdeling, takterrasse og utendørsbasseng, vil hotellet ha alt og litt til for gjestene som leter etter opplevelser. Vi ser frem til å finne deg som vil være med oss på vår grønne reise.

Vi ser at du har følgende kvalifikasjoner/erfaringer:

  • Flere års erfaring som leder i en større hotell og gjerne erfaring med resort
  • Erfaring med å drive markeds- og salgsavdeling med gode resultater
  • Dyktig med tall og analyse
  • Relevant akademisk utdannelse
  • Behersker norsk og engelsk flytende i tale og skrift
  • Personlige egenskaper:
  • Sterk nærværende leder som får personalet til å utvikle seg
  • Kreativ og et sterkt ønske om å konstant utvikle produktet og organisasjonen
  • Resultatorientert og målbevisst
  • Kommunikativ og coachende
  • Enkel å gå fra ord til handling
