Avdelingen Total Profit i Nordic Choice Hotels jobber med prissetting og optimering av alle lønnsomme inntektskilder for våre hoteller. 

Vi er på jakt etter en ny superkollega til vår avdeling. Om din stillingstittel blir Yield Manager eller Revenue Manager, vil være avhengig av din utdanning og/eller arbeidserfaring samt ønske om fremtidig utviklingsmuligheter.

Nordic Choice Hotels skifter navn til Strawberry i løpet av 2023. Ikke bare skal vi skifte navn, men vi skifter hele vår IT plattform, noe som innebærer at den kommende tiden kommer til å by på mange utfordringer og en bratt læringskurve for vår nye kollega.

Hvem søker vi etter? 

  • Du har noe erfaring og grunnleggende forståelse for Revenue Management.
  • Du har erfaring fra reiselivsbransjen. 
  • Du har et ønske om å bli svært godt kjent med nye Revenue Management system, og ønsker kanskje å bli en fremtidig superbruker.
  • Du er analytisk tenkende og baserer beslutninger på fakta, men er samtidig åpen for nye innfallsvinkler.
  • Du snakker og skriver et av de skandinaviske språkene og engelsk.
  • Vi skifter navn og systemer, men våre grunnverdier Energi, Mot og Begeistring endres aldri. Dette er verdier du kjenner deg igjen i.

Hvilke arbeidsoppgaver vil være sentrale? 

  • Prissetting av hotellrom gjennom implementering, overvåking og oppfølging av Revenue Management system for en dedikert hotellportefølje.
  • Optimere, analysere og prissette alle segmenter.
  • Analysere og forstå hva det er som påvirker hotellenes topplinje, og gjennom dette holde møter med hotellenes direktør, salg eller andre nøkkelpersoner hvor dine funn kommuniseres.
  • Prognostisering av losjiomsetning, og oppfølging av prognoseverktøy.
  • Delta i kommersielle møter med hotellene lokalt, samt regionen og landsmøter sentralt i Total Profit avdelingen.
