På Clarion Hotel Wisby är det alltid full fart och nu söker passionerade service-talanger som vill hänga med oss i sommar! På denna tjänst kommer du jobba i vårt städ & fastighetsteam som tar hand om skötseln av hotellet.
OM HOTELLET
Clarion Hotel Wisby är ett hotell med unik historia och atmosfär, beläget innanför Visbys ringmur. Här finns 212 hotellrum, 8 mötesrum, festvåning, Selma City Spa, Kitchen & Table och Gotlands mest passionerade personal. Att arbeta på Clarion Hotel Wisby handlar om att tillsammans med kollegorna ge vår huvudperson, gästen, hotellupplevelser utöver det vanliga.

Ta chansen till att uppleva en sommarsäsong på Gotland! Till vissa av tjänsterna behöver du kunna börja hos oss redan i april/maj och fortsätta in i september/oktober. Obs! Vi har begränsad möjlighet att erbjuda personalboende på Gotland.
OM JOBBET
Vår mest intensiva säsong sträcker sig från maj-oktober och då vi välkomnar allt från semesterfirare som bor på hotellet, lokala konferenser och möten till mingelevent för flera hundra personer i vår paviljong. Hotellets festvåning har ofta event såsom bankettmiddagar, fester och julbord. I vår a la carte restaurang, Kitchen & Table är det högtryck under sommaren och vår hotellfrukost serverar ca 450 gäster dagligen.
Vi förväntar oss att du genomför ditt arbete med våra värdeord: energi, mod och begeistring. Din energi är utåtriktad, sprudlande och påhittig. Ditt mod visas genom självständighet, ägandeskap och initiativtagande. Du har passion för yrket, är nyfiken och engagerad och tar dig an alla uppgifter med begeistring. Du är van att arbeta snabbt och flexibelt. Sammanhållning & teamwork är viktigt! På Clarion Wisby jobbar vi tätt tillsammans mellan avdelningarna, och ställer upp för varandra där det behövs.
Som vaktmästare på Clarion Wisby kommer du att tillsammans med dina kollegor på avdelningen ansvara för den dagliga driften och skötseln av hotellets alla ytor. Detta innebär att du tar emot felanmälningar och ansvarar för reparationer underhåll och tillsyn samt rapportering både internt till hotellets avdelningar och hotellets gäster. Du hanterar även tekniska system som styr värme, ventilation och accesser. I rollen arbetar du både självständigt och i grupp, tillsammans med kollegorna på avdelningen.
TJÄNSTEN INNEBÄR BLAND ANNAT ATT DU:
DET FINSTILTA
Sysselsättningsgrad: Tjänsten är deltid mellan 50-75%, med möjlighet till mertid samt att kombinera med jobb inom övriga avdelningar på hotellet.
Varaktighet: Säsongsanställning under perioden april till oktober med chans till förlängning.
Boende: Vi ser helst att du har eget boende, då vi har begränsat antal bäddar som finns att hyra i vårt personalboende.
Arbetstider: Varierande dag/kväll/natt samt helg.
Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal.
Tillträde: April 2022 eller enligt ök. Intervjuer sker löpande.
