Clarion Malmö Live står inför en spännande resa, en förflyttning mot höga mål i form av både kvalitet, kund- och personalnöjdhet. I och med detta delar vi upp ansvaret för Banquet och Breakfast till en ny tjänst som Breakfast Manager.
Vi utökar nu vårt management team med en driven Breakfast Manager, en stark ledare med öga för kvalité, detaljer och upplevelser.
Breakfast Manager (BM) rapporterar till Operation Manager (OP) och ingår i Management teamet
Som Breakfast Manager på Clarion Hotel Malmö Live ansvarar du för den viktigaste måltiden på dagen, frukosten.
Vår frukostbuffé är idag en av Malmös bästa, med omtalad Omelett Kock, kalla och varma rätter, specialkost och mycket mer. Som ny Breakfast Manager ansvarar du för att bibehålla och även öka kvaliteten på frukosten. Med våra 444 logirum kan du förvänta dig att vara sysselsatt, men var inte orolig, du är en del av ett härligt, dynamiskt team som är lika morgonpigga som du är.
Vi ser att du kommer från en ledande befattning med personalansvar inom hotell eller motsvarande. Du är trygg i dig själv och ditt ledarskap och arbetar prestigelöst. För dig är det lika självklart att arbeta med att svetsa samman teamet som att arbeta med gästen i fokus. Du är ansvarstagande och ser helheten precis som detaljerna.
Med ett varmt, skrattande hjärta och ett skarpt sinne leder du ditt team med en trygghet mot nya mål.
Du behärskar minst svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.

DET FINSTILTA
Sysselsättningsgrad: Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100%, efter 6 månaders provanställning.
Arbetstider: Dagtid - vardag/helg
Lön: Enligt överenskommelse.
Tillträde: Enligt ök. (tjänsten är tilltänkt att starta 1 mars)
Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag.
