 We are now looking for an amazing Guest Service Supervisor to our Front of House.

We also look for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience from the industry in a similar role
  • You speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

 

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor in our Front of House team you will manage the day-to-day operations in the department, act as a shift leader on sight, follow-up and develop the staff as well as following up and developing routines related to the department's responsibilities. 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations in Front of House as the Shift Leader and handling phone and email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • You meet and exceed guest expectations by ensuring positive and courteous service. We provide service so amazing on phone and email that our guests are pleasantly surprised
  • Work actively to achieve the departments goals on both employee and guest satisfaction
  • Being the right hand to and performing tasks handed to you by the Front of House Manager and Guest Relation Manager
  • To anticipate and follow up promptly on the guests' requirements and to make sure that all their concerns are being attended to
  • Responsibility for the checklist and that all tasks are completed or handed over to the next shift
  • Ensuring that tasks and responsibilities of colleagues present in the department are clearly divided at each shift
  • Always ensure accuracy with both individual and group bookings
  • Maintaining all elements of the PMS system to make certain the information is accurate and up-to-date. The devil is in the details
  • Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Work actively with additional sales and respond to incoming reservations sales opportunities
  • Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and short and long terms goals in the department
  • Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs and assist daily operations in Front of House when needed
