Vi vill bli ännu fler och söker nu en ny kollega till vårt fantastiska hotell och Service Crew team på Quality Hotel View.
Vi söker en Supervisor som tillsammans med vår nuvarande Front Desk Manager i receptionen kan gå i täten och skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för vårt härliga team! Som Supervisor jobbar du hela tiden i drift men med utökat ansvar för att allt går som det ska och har även en del administrativa uppgifter. Du är en solklar förebild för oss alla och vi blir glada när du kommer till jobbet.
Arbetsuppgifter:
De huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna för denna tjänst är framförallt att ta hand om våra gäster som bor hos oss. Vi är ett grymt team där vi alla hjälps åt, inspirerar och stöttar varandra, allt för att vi skall trivas och få ha roligt på arbetet. För visst är det även då våra gäster har det som bäst?
Du som söker har säkert många fantastiska kvaliteter men här är några erfarenheter/egenskaper vi uppskattar lite extra:
- Du älskar service, att ge våra gäster en oförglömlig upplevelse samt att de lämnar oss med ett leende på läpparna
- Du är effektiv, flexibel och prestigelös
- Du har humor och du gillar att ha roligt på jobbet
- Du är självständig och får saker att hända samtidigt som du är en grym teamplayer och en given förebild för oss alla
- Du har öga för detaljer, är noggrann och lösningsfokuserad
Utöver ovan förutsätter vi att du:
- Kommunicerar flytande på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Har erfarenhet från hotellreception och/eller konferens
Meriterande är om du har kunskap i vårt bokningssystem Cenium.
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% med inledande provanställning. Vi har givetvis kollektivavtal. Arbetstiderna är oregelbundna, vanligtvis förlagda mellan ca 07-22.15 både vardagar och helger. Även nattpass kan förekomma.
