Vi söker en driven och engagerad person som har erfarenhet av restaurangdrift.
Vi ser att du är en positiv, glad och engagerad person som har ett genuint intresse för mat och dryck. Din initiativförmåga är flexibel och du trivs i situationer med högt tempo där du kan prioritera och se lösningar där andra ser problem.
Erfarenhet och färdigheter:
Det viktiga för oss är att du har ett brinnande intresse för värdskap, mat och dryck, att du är en teamplayer som intresserar sig för att få helheten att fungera .
Ditt fokus som serveringspersonal kommer att vara bemötande och servering av våra gäster, både hotell- & konferensgäster samt externa sådana, samt säkerställande av hygien och gästnöjdhet och givetvis även effektivitet under dina arbetspass.
All vår serveringspersonal är direktrapporterande till restaurangchefen samt kommer att arbeta mycket nära med alla kollegor på hela hotellet, i synnerhet inom Food & Beverage. Samarbete mellan kök, matsal, bar och övriga avdelningar på hotellet är ett ledord och ett uttalat måste för att ge våra bar-, restaurang- & hotellgäster en minnesvärd och unik upplevelse.
