Clarion Hotel Örebro ingår i hotellkedjan Nordic Choice Hotels. Nordic Choice Hotels är Nordens största hotellkedja med hotell på över 100 destinationer.
Hotellet ägs av HKC Hotels och i företaget finns även Hotell Kung Carl i Stockholm, Hotel Noble House i Malmö, Åby Hotell i Göteborg, Hus57 i Ängelholm samt Hotell Hudik i Hudiksvall.
Clarion Hotel Örebro är beläget på Kungsgatan i centrala Örebro och är ett internationellt fullservicehotell med 136 rum, konferensavdelning och egen restaurang.
Clarion Hotel Örebro söker nu en receptionist på 65%. Som receptionist jobbar du med att ta hand om våra gäster på bästa sätt. Arbetstiden är oregelbunden, förlagd både på vardagar och helger samt röda dagar. Vi arbetar i skift, i första hand dag och kväll men även nattskift kan komma att förekomma.
Tjänsten innefattar bland annat:
- Gästservice, ta hand om våra gäster på bästa sätt
- Sedvanliga receptionsuppgifter, såsom tex in- och utcheckning, telefonsamtal, mail, bokning och fakturering
- Att alltid vara uppdaterad på, samt följa, våra policys, rutiner och checklistor
- Att vara våra gäster behjälpliga med diverse frågor och önskemål före, under och efter deras vistelse
- Försäljning av de produkter som finns i receptionen samt under överenskomna tider viss barförsäljning
- Att hålla ordning och reda i receptions- och lobbyområde
- Att ställa upp och i möjligaste mån hjälpa övriga avdelningar
- Aktivt deltagande på avdelnings-/informationsmöten
Vi söker dig som har:
- Tidigare erfarenhet från hotellreception
- Goda kunskaper i hotellbokningssystem, meriterande med kunskap i Cenium
- Goda språkkunskaper, flytande svenska och god engelska i både tal och skrift är ett krav
- Fyllt 20 år (en del av de förekommande arbetsuppgifterna kräver enligt lag att man är minst 20 år)
Vi letar efter dig som är en god kommunikatör, noggrann och ordningssam. Vidare är du en riktig glädjespridare som tycker att god service inte bara är viktigt utan även roligt. Dessutom värdesätter du att du och dina medarbetare har kul tillsammans och trivs på jobbet. Vi söker dig som tillsammans med oss vill göra ditt allra bästa för våra gäster!
