Do you want to help improve processes in brands like Yasuragi, Selma SPA, Restaurang TAK, Hobo or any other of our 40 brands then this is your chance! 

You will be the analytical mastermind for a group of hotels and work closely with their leadership groups. You are the business controller as well as operational excellence manager and will help the hotels to implement best practice financial and operational processes to support them in reaching their goals.

YOU

  • Higher economic / financial education OR Hotel manager-, Hotel General Manager-, Food & Beverage manager with an analytical mindset.
  • A suitable personality could be:
    • Structured and able to build structure where there are lack thereof.
    • Analytical
    • Proactive, even in change
    • An interest in hotels and restaurants  
    • A team player and networker who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment
    • Able to navigate in a cross-functional organization and matrix environment 
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Possibility to travel 2-4 days a month.
    • Data driven and great with excel/powerBI (or similar)
    • Conscientious and eager to deliver
    • Able to take strategic perspectives 

Working language would be any Nordic language, fluency in English is necessary.
