Dine oppgaver vil blant annet være:
- Coaching og opplæringsansvar
- Være med å utvikle og sørge for gode rutiner i avdelingen
- Være med å sette mål og strategier for en effektiv og lønnsom drift for resepsjonen
- Påse at gjestene alltid blir ivaretatt gjennom ypperlig service og høyt kompetansenivå
- Bidra med å utvikle kreative service-konsepter for våre gjester
- Operativ leder for hotellet ved en krisesituasjon på ditt skift.
- Ansvarlig for bemanning /personal på skiftet i samarbeid med resepsjonsjef
- Sikre optimalt servicenivå, håndtere gjestetilbakemeldinger .
- Opptre i tråd med konsepter og mål, for å sikre mersalg og oppnå NPS-mål.
- Ansvar for at alle i resepsjonen til enhver tid er oppdatert på de gjeldende regler og rutiner, samt sørge for at alle arbeidsoppgaver på sjekklistene blir korrekt utført.
- Stillingen innebærer turnusarbeid med vakter på dagtid, kveldstid og hver 3.helg.
Hvem ser vi etter?
- Du har hotell- eller serviceerfaring og har evnen til å sette deg raskt inn i nye systemer - - Du har god IT-forståelse
- Du kan forstå og løse komplekse oppgaver effektivt.
- Hver dag er helt ulik en annen og du trives med å ha mange baller i luften på en gang.
- Stillingen krever at du er selvstendig, men også liker å jobbe i et større team.
- Du er strukturert og liker å forholde deg til sjekklister, langsiktig planlegging og rutiner.
- Du har erfaring med og kan vise til gode resultater med å lede andre
- Du behersker både norsk og engelsk godt(muntlig og skriftlig).
