Jag som söker personal till vår frukost & bankett heter Karolina Fahlander och har arbetat på Clarion Sign i snart 4 år. Jag har en lång erfarenhet av hotellbranschen i olika funktioner, men gemensamt är att jag är van att arbeta och leda stora team. På Sign serverar vi upp mot 1200 frukostar när vi har som mest att göra. Som ledare är jag tillgänglig, närvarande, tydlig och har stolthet i att våra gäster får den bästa starten på dagen tack vare mitt team. Om du är morgonpigg, snabbfotad, har blicken högt och ser gästen- då kan du och jag tillsammans med resten av mitt team leverera frukost och en gästupplevelse i världsklass.
Jag söker nu ytterligare en hovmästare till mitt team.
