We are looking for a
BAR MANAGER
to our Sky Room & Bar functions at Clarion Hotel Helsinki.
The crown jewel of Clarion Hotel Helsinki - Sky Room Bar - is located at the top of Helsinki in Jätkäsaari. Sky Room is the coolest place up on the 16th floor offering a spectacular view over the city along with the cocktails. We now have an open vacancy for a Bar Manager. Bar manager is responsible for Sky Room Bar, Living Room & Bar and if wanted - can have an input on our
Meetings & Events bar functions as well.
Position is permanent and full-time.
Your main task as a Bar Manager is to serve the guests with the utmost passion.
Together with your team and leading by example you ensure that the Sky Room cocktails are according to the latest trends and meet our customers expectations and beyond. Your work is strongly in the daily operations and you take care of the resource planning and have the result responsibility of our Bar Functions.
The skills needed for the position are minimum 3 years of supervisor level experience from similar kinds of work tasks. Knowledge and understanding in operational efficiency, costs and result structure is seen as an advantage.
You communicate with a positive, energetic and enthusiastic Clarion Tone of Voice and
you want to create a special experience and long lasting memories for our guests.
As a person you strive for continuous improvement of service level and don’t hesitate to suggest, try and test new exciting things. Table serving and surprising the guest come naturally from you. The right attitude rocks!
You also understand what ”there is no I in the team” means. You have the ability to spread your positive energy and attitude even in challenging situations. You take pride in your team and create a good working atmosphere.
Fluent Finnish and English are required, all other language skills are seen as an advantage.
The working hours within this job are mainly during evenings and weekends.
