The Role and Our Philosophy

As Food & Beverage Outlets Manager you’re responsible for Breakfast, In Room Dining, Minibar, our Cocktailbar, our restaurant Dining Room and our wine bar Blanche and Hierta. You will have a team of 6 people, including Managers and Supervisors. You need to ensure the consistency of product quality and services. The role is both administrative and operational. You will report directly to our Food & Beverage Manager.

You’ll be expected to actively participate and contribute to the development of the product, maintain a positive and healthy team environment at all times and lead, develop and coach all team members to ensure a high level of customer service as well as maximum profitability.

With a high position within the company, you’re expected to actively participate in the commercial planning of the venues to ensure high quality activations for the departments. In your daily work you ensure a smooth running of all food and beverage outlets on a high level of service, with effective communication both written and spoken within the departments. Forecast, planning, controlling the cost and ensuring profitability is also within your working tasks.

We are looking for you with a positive, friendly and customer focused attitude who’s committed to delivering a high level of customer service. A passion for Food and Beverage with the ability to lead and motivate is essential to this role. We see that you have previous experience from a similar role, it’s meritorious if it’s within the premium segment. You’re a skilled leader and are used to leading both employees and managers. You’re fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other languages are beneficial! 

We believe you are communicative with both colleagues, partners and guests. You are structured and find distinct routines important in your work. You are as a person forward, prestigeless and finds new contacts exciting. You like trying new things and have a creative mind.
