The role and Our Philosophy

As Breakfast, IRD & Minibar Manager you’re in charge of the organization of breakfast and lunch, efficiently managing and directing the team on duty. You will ensure that the restaurant is prepared on time for our guests and that customer satisfaction is exceeded. It is also essential that the restaurant is left organized, clean and set up for dinner service in accordance. You’re responsible for all in room dining and minibar service.

Your team is made up of 25 people, including both extras and fulltimers, in which you need to maintain a positive and healthy environment at all times. It’s up to you to ensure the consistency of product quality and services, by always leading by good example. This role is both administrative and operational and you’re expected to actively participate and contribute to the development of the product. You will report directly to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager.

And what about you?

You’re passionate about Food and Beverage! You have the ability to lead and motivate your team, you are an experienced leader. We see that you have experience working within the premium segment, are used to a varying work environment and have an eye for structure. You have previous experience from a similar role. You are fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other languages are beneficial! You’re service oriented and have a high customer focus. You have a keen eye for detail.

We believe you are energetic, have a positive, friendly and customer focused attitude and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. You’re prestigeless and used to working “hands on”. You appreciate trying new things and have a creative mind.
