About the company
Nordic Choice Hotels is one of the Nordics' largest hotel groups with over 16,000 employees and around 200 hotels in the Nordics and the Baltics. Together with our employees, we have built the Nordic region's most diverse hotel group and also one of the most innovative. In 2023, we will rebrand the company and launch our new strategy where we will take the step from being a hotel company to become a universe of offers and experiences! This offers many exciting projects and a real opportunity to help influence the company's future. We want everyone to get involved in creating results!
About Tech
In the Tech Team, we are responsible for supporting the company and our hotels in this journey. We build the architecture, the data flow and support the technical solutions behind the universe, so that we together can take the best possible care of our guests and customers. Our technology must be both innovative, sustainable and resilient, and our universe goes across the digital and physical - so with us you get to be part of both! To achieve that, we need a team that consists of different characteristics, different views of the world, different education and different backgrounds. We measure our results on the triple bottom line; People, Planet, Profit. Our value set is based on Courage, Energy and Enthusiasm. And in order to achieve our goals, we actively seek to create a mix of different skills in the team - we believe this creates the best breeding ground for creative problem solving and sustainability over time.
About the challenge
Our digitization program currently consists of 14 different programs that will collectively lift us onto our new tech platform. It both gives and requires a lot to deliver such a large program.
We currently have several systems with disparate account databases and lifecycles. We are moving towards an integrated approach and are seeking someone to help bring these accounts into a unified experience for both users and management.
About the role
The role as “Identity Manager” is part of the Platform & Infrastructure department and we are looking for someone with a deep understanding of user and identity management - both conceptual and technical with the responsibility to ensure that authorized users have the right access to company systems, data and applications. Continued management of and quality assurance of our user directories is key, and will be part of your daily tasks. Examples of current and coming tasks are: establishing Google Workspace as a primary IDP, expanding our Master Database integration, and implementing processes initiated from a new HR system. Working closely with our Technical Architects, developers, servicedesk and other departments you will have the opportunity to shape how we think of and solve these challenges.
