Service & Support (SOS) är SPOC - Single Point of Contact - och skall vara den naturliga och centrala platsen för service- och supportfrågor för alla NCH anställda. Vi levererar support till alla våra hotell i Norge, Sverige, Danmark och Finland samt huvudkontoren. Vi jobbar mot gemensamma mål och ständig förbättring. Hos oss kommer du att få arbeta med varierande arbetsuppgifter inom flera olika support-roller, tillsammans med ett sammansvetsat, dynamiskt support-team där du får ta mycket eget ansvar. Du blir en del av en arbetsplats där vi förvaltar en bred teknisk plattform där vi hela tiden jobbar tätt med våra kollegor på hotellen. Vi strävar efter att vara en inspirerande arbetsplats som genomsyras av energi, mod och begeistring (EMB) där god service ligger i fokus.

Arbetsuppgifter
Arbetstider
Våra arbetstider är 07.00-19.00 på vardagar, fördelat i olika pass primärt 7.00-15.00, 08.00-16.00 9.00-17.00 och 11.00-19.00. Passen fördelas jämnt inom teamet. Vi har även kväll- och helg support som vår driftspartner hanterar åt oss.
