Hotelldirektør søkes til Quality Hotel River Station
Som hotelldirektør får du totalansvar for hotellets virksomhet. Ditt fokus er å lede et effektivt hotell-team, alle serviceheltene som leverer service med omtanke, personlighet og glimt i øyet til våre gjester. Du er flink til å skape gode forutsetninger for dine ledere og får medarbeiderne dine til å vokse og ha det gøy på jobben – hver dag.
Du vil jobbe sammen med hotellets ledergruppe og skal drive hotellet mot oppsatte mål, utvikle hotellet fremover og videreutvikle potensialet i det lokale markedet. Hotellet står foran en positiv endring og det er viktig at du er kreativ og engasjert i veien videre.
Du vil rapportere til Director of Operation Norway.
Jobben er en fast heltidsstilling med start etter avtale.
