Vad är en Barception tänker du? Barception är en reception, men ändå inte. På Comfort Hotel är det så mycket mer - det är hotellets hjärta. Det är här våra gäster checkar in och ut, frågar efter vägen till terminalen, skriver ut sina boardingkort och beställer något att dricka eller äta.  

Nu söker vi en avdelningsledare till Barception. Alltså en kombinerad receptionschef, barchef och restaurangchef. 

 

Du
Du är en född ledare och en glädjespridare med en energi som smittar av sig. Du är utåtriktad, proffsig på ett avslappnat sätt och har en talang för att socialisera och ge god service. Du tycker om att jobba smart och effektivt, tar fullt ansvar för att nå dina personliga mål, dina avdelningsmål samt hotellets ekonomiska mål tillsammans med resten av ledningsgruppen. Du har bred och flera års erfarenhet från hotellbranschen, både från reception och F&B. Du har även erfarenhet av att leda ett team med allt vad det innebär. Du pratar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska. 

 

Rollen
Som Barception Manager är du en central del av hotellets ledningsgrupp och rapporterar direkt till hotelldirektören. Du har det totala operativa och administrativa ansvaret för receptionen. Det är du som ser till så att Barception och  Comfort Deli alltid är i toppskick och du älskar att jobba med merförsäljning och att se till så våra gäster får en bra vistelse hos oss. 

 

Respekt och jämställdhet står i centrum för allt vi gör på hotellet, och som avdelningsledare är det ditt ansvar att se till så att alla som vistas på hotellet, både gäster och anställda mår bra.

Dina uppgifter kommer bestå av bland annat:

  • Schemaläggning
  • Rekrytering
  • Se till så personalen mår bra 
  • HR arbete - se till så att vi följer arbetsmiljölagen
  • Merförsäljning
  • Lönehantering
  • Administrativa uppgifter som fakturering etc
  • Ansvar för att vi uppnår de uppsatta målen för din avdelning
  • Daglig drift av Barception

 

Tjänsten är heltid, i tjänsten ingår även kvälls- och helgpass.
