I september 2021 slog vi äntligen upp dörrarna till spektakulära Clarion Hotel Sundsvall! Nu letar vi efter de mest passionerade och drivna medarbetare som vill vara med oss på den fortsatta resan för att sätta hotellet på kartan som Sveriges nya destinationshotell.
Hotellet har 270 hotellrum och en flexibel möte & event arena samt en bankettsal på 400 kvadratmeter. Vår Rooftop restaurang med dess unika takterrass, hotellets spa med utomhus pool och på vårt entré plan har vi skapat Sundsvalls vardagsrum, Livingroom, där vi rymmer lounge, frukost, lunch och bar.
Vi söker nu en ledare som kommer ansvara för våra restauranger & barer. Vår tillväxt inom just F&B har sedan vi öppnat har utvecklats väldigt bra och nu är det dags att ta nästa steg.
Rollen innebär fullständigt resultat, budget, säkerhet, personal & kvalitetsansvar för din avdelning. Du har ett team med grymma kollegor som varje dag jobbar för att överträffa gästernas förväntningar. Du kommer ingå i en mindre ledningsgrupp och fullt ut representera våra restauranger och barer i den gruppen likväl som publikt ut mot gäst. Rapportering sker till VD.
Vad söker vi hos dig?
Vi tror att du som söker är en trygg ledare som drivs av samarbete både inom och mellan avdelningar samt tar fullt ägandeskap inte bara för ditt område, utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse. Alltid och varje gång! Du har mångårig erfarenhet av restaurang och bardrift och förstår hantverket.
Det absolut viktigaste i denna roll är att du har inställningen att det är ditt team du behöver skapa de absolut bästa förutsättningarna för, så de kan göra sitt jobb.
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% med 6 månaders provanställning och innebär arbete under alla dygnets timmar, likväl som helger. Som det är när man jobbar på restaurang!

Located in the center of Sweden, Sundsvall is the university city who will get a brand new hotel in 2021. A top hotel in Sundsvall in a “new” part of the city, which is still very centrally located and also right by the Selångers river.
The hotel will provide 270 rooms, restaurants, bars, rooftop terrace, spa and a large conference area, elegant and cosmopolitan with a tough edge. This Clarion Hotel should not just be a hotel. We will refine every detail and create meeting places that make life easier for the hotel’s guests. We chisel out a vibrant Living Room, a flexible and inspiring conference area, a restaurant that the guest wants to return to all hours of the day, a spectacular rooftop bar, an international spa and hotel rooms that create well-being and relaxation.
The roof bar’s design sparkles with polished brass details that meet a powerful base palette of limestone, smoked oak and a black ceiling. Gold-toned mirrors behind the bar and on the wall behind the site-built sofa create a warm background that reflect the view.
