Rollen som Restaurangchef
Som vår restaurangchef blir du navet för den operativa och administrativa ledningen av vår restaurang. Du kommer att rapportera till F&B Manager och arbeta nära både gäster och kollegor. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att leda, motivera och utveckla ditt team i enlighet med Stenungsbadens höga standarder.

Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar
- Drift och utveckling av restaurangen.
- Personalansvar inklusive rekrytering och utveckling av teamet.
- Utveckling av servicekonceptet i linje med hotellets standarder.
- Aktivt deltagande i ledningsgruppen på Stenungsbaden.
- Etablering och upprätthållande av interna system och efterlevnad av regelverk.
- Kvalitetssäkring av verksamhet och leveranser till restaurangen.
- Budgetansvar och rapportering.
Kvalifikationer vi letar efter
Vi söker en passionerad restaurangchef som förstår att skapa en magisk restaurangupplevelse kräver ihärdigt arbete och en strävan efter förbättring. Du är en visionär som älskar att experimentera och utforska trender inom mat, dryck och gastronomi. Din passion och kreativitet smittar av sig till både gäster och kollegor. Dessutom älskar du att möta gästen och ser spenderar gärna huvudsaken av din arbetsdag där gästen är för att hela tiden skapa den där oemotståndliga atmosfären och upplevelsen!
