Huippukokki Marcus Samuelssonin Kitchen & Table -ravintolat ovat saaneet inspiraationsa New Yorkin makujen runsaudesta. Ravintola, jossa Harlem tapaa Helsingin, sijaitsee ikonisessa varastorakennuksessa Jätkäsaaressa.

Sinä välität aidosti ihmisistä - niin vieraista kuin kollegoistasi. Silloin kun sinä hymyilet, on vastapuolesi mahdotonta olla siihen vastaamatta. Saat energiaa siitä, kun koet onnistumisen tunteita ja vastaavasti haastavat tilanteet kohtaat rauhallisesti ja päämäärätietoisesti. Tiedät mitä hotellin ravintolassa tapahtuu. Olet kilpailuhenkinen, mutta ainakin omasta mielestäsi terveellä tavalla. Sinulla on jo mielellään vähintään kahden vuoden esimieskokemus ja olet jo tiedostanut sen, että matka esimiehenä ei tule olemaan milloinkaan valmis - haluat ja kykenet oppimaan uutta joka päivä. Osaat sekä antaa että vastaanottaa palautetta niin henkilökunnalta kuin vierailtamme.
Et pelkää kiirettä, mutta saat sitä jännittää. Se kertoo vain, että välität työstäsi.
