The role is responsible for NCHG Service Catalog, its pricing model and upkeep of the price model cost base. As forecasts are input to the pricing of the services, a thorough understanding of the business and services delivered must be obtained. Furthermore, the role should proactively work to continuously improve the management of the Service Catalog and implement correct measurements to ensure the services are delivered with the defined profit margins and operational excellence in all aspects of the process.
The role is part of the Governance team in Group Finance and reports to the Director of Group Governance, in matrix with Senior Business Performance Manager Hotel Services.
