Vi söker nu dig som vill vara med och utveckla både vårt gäst- och medarebetarerbjudande. Vi söker en person som kan entusiasmera och inspirerar till stora resultat, som har förmåga att bjuda på sig själv och skapa tillit i relationen med våra hotelldirektörer och deras team. Du kommer att ingå i Clarions Collection Hotels ledningsgrupp och blir en viktig roll i beslut och strategiska frågor gällande företagskulturen, värdegrunden samt frågor som berör medarbetare- (Your Voice) och gästnöjdhet (Net Promotor Score) som du är ytterst ansvarig för.
Vi ser att Du har arbetat inom hotellindustrin i minst 5 år och vi ser gärna interna sökanden.
Du kommer att vara på ständig resande fot på våra hotell i Norden och skall vara självgående i ditt arbete där du är representant för genomförande, inspiration och utveckling av varumärkets kultur genom ”on-site”-training på våra hotell.
Arbetsuppgifter:
Arbetstiden spenderas ca 75% ute på våra hotell runt om både i Sverige och Norgen. Du rapporterar till ledningen för Clarion Collection.
