Første september i år åpnet Sommerro dørene på Solli plass. På rekordtid har huset blitt et av byens mest populære steder å møtes, spise, overnatte, koble av og lade opp. Vårt mål er at alle på Sommerro skal gå ut døra med mer energi enn da de kom. Med så mange forventningsfulle gjester, trenger vi enda flere engasjerte og serviceinnstilte kollegaer, som ønsker å strekke seg det lille ekstra for å skape ekstraordinære opplevelser – i stil med vårt helt ekstraordinære hus.

Vi skal fylle et av Oslos flotteste hus, i et av byens beste nabolag, med lys, kraft og varme. Da trenger vi de beste folkene. Sommerro er i dag et lite lag som frem mot åpning 1. september skal bli en stor familie. Sammen elsker vi store idéer, høye ambisjoner og bredt lagarbeid. Vi tror på magien i møtet mellom mennesker og på djevelen i detaljene. Vi vet at om vi tar godt vare på hverandre, blir vi enda bedre rustet til å ta vare på gjestene. Vi ser hver dag, at gode kollegaer som gis tillit, trygghet og forventninger, strekker seg enda litt lenger. Alt for at gjesten skal gå hjem med det lille ekstra.

Sommerro er ikke bare et hotell med 231 rom og suiter, men et kulturhus og møtested med fire restauranter, to barer, takterrasse, velværeavdeling Vestkantbadet og rom for jobb, fest og avkobling. Og så mye mer. Bygget som på 1930-tallet var Oslo Lysverkers stolte hovedkvarter er fullt av historier og allerede en institusjon. Nå skal Art Deco-perlen få nytt liv, nytt lys og igjen bli rammen for energigivende opplevelser.
Sommerro søker deg som vil sette en ny standard for hvordan folk blir mottatt og ivaretatt, og som brenner for å få alle gjester til å føle seg hjemme, enten de har reist rundt halve kloden eller kommer ruslende fra andre siden av gaten. Bygget er verdt et besøk i seg selv. Du skal sørge for at folk vil bli – og komme igjen og igjen!
