Nu behöver vi utöka vårt team med ytterligare en kocktjänst, som är kombinerad dag- och kvällstid.
Vi söker dig som tillsammans med vårt team vill ge gästen den bästa upplevelsen genom att kombinera med god mat, dryck och högklassig service.
Vi erbjuder en kombinerad tjänst där du, dels
- arbetar dagtid med att förbereda hotellfrukost & konferenslunch
- arbetar kvällstid med Drott Bars á la carte samt buffén till hotellgästerna.
I vårt koncept i Drott Bar, serverar vi smårätter från världens alla hörn. Vi sätter en personlig touch på allt från atmosfär till mat och dryck. Vår målsättning är att när gästen går, har de redan planerat in nästa besök.

Vi bjuder även dagligen hotellgästerna på en middagsbuffé, som ofta går i husmanskostens tecken.
Du ska ha minst 5 års erfarenhet av á la carte. Du ska vara självgående, ansvarstagande och ha ett brinnande intresse för matlagning och service. Detta passar dig som är trygg i din yrkesroll.

Du har ett sinne för ordning och reda.
Du tycker det är roligt att småprata med både stora och små, och att göra någons dag lite bättre med små medel.
Du är hungrig att leverera kvalité och söker nya smaker
Du är självständig och har ett öga för detaljer, samt kan ta snabba beslut när det krävs.
Du har en varm och omtänksam personlighet.
