Konseptet ps:hotel by Nordic Choice har gått over i ny organisering hvor OsloKollega er ansvarlig for arbeidstrening, og Choice er ansvarlig for drift. Som coach vil du være ansatt i OsloKollega og sikre høy kvalitet gjennom gode opplæringsprogrammer og oppfølging. Du vil være ansatt i OsloKollega, men din daglige arbeidsplass vil være på Comfort Hotel Børsparken.
Som Hotel Services Coach er du ansvarlig for opplæring av kandidater innen hotellfaget, i tett samarbeid med de ulike avdelingslederne på Comfort Hotel Børsparken. Dette innebærer at du ofte er operativ for å veilede og støtte kandidaten i virkelige arbeidssituasjoner. I tillegg kommer du til å arbeide målrettet for å bygge relasjoner mellom hotell og andre samarbeidspartnere, der dine kandidater kan ta det neste steget ut i arbeidslivet.
