Vi söker nu en trygg serviceperson till vår reception nattetid. Som receptionist fungerar du som spindeln i nätet och är vårt ansikte utåt. Du är den första och sista våra gäster möter.
Du älskar mötet med människor och vill alltid göra det där lilla extra som får våra gäster att känna sig välkomna och väl omhändertagna! På natten ansvarar du även för våra gästers säkerhet.
Clarion Hotel Örebro ingår i hotellkedjan Nordic Choice Hotels. Nordic Choice Hotels är Nordens största hotellkedja med hotell på över 100 destinationer.
Hotellet ägs av HKC Hotels och i företaget finns även Hotell Kung Carl i Stockholm, Hotel Noble House i Malmö, Åby Hotell i Göteborg, Hus57 i Ängelholm samt Hotell Hudik i Hudiksvall.
Clarion Hotel Örebro är beläget på Kungsgatan i centrala Örebro och är ett internationellt fullservicehotell med 136 rum, konferensavdelning och egen restaurang.
I tjänsten ingår bland annat:
- Du blir en del av vårt Welcome Office-team där uppgifter som in- och utcheckning, hantera telefonsamtal och arbeta med bokningsförfrågningar är en del av arbetet.
- Ansvarig för att säkerhet och gästservice håller högsta nivå.
- Vi arbetar med våra nattliga rutiner och är alltid beredda på att ta emot gäster.
- Engagerad i merförsäljning och att avdelningens mål uppnås.
- Att ställa upp och i möjligaste mån hjälpa övriga avdelningar
Vem är du?
- Du är en riktigt trygg nattuggla med en positiv attityd och engagemang i arbetet.
- Du har en genuin känsla för service och förstår vikten av att alltid prestera på topp.
- Du är stresstålig, initiativrik och flexibel.
- Du är en teamplayer med god samarbetsförmåga och ansvarskänsla.
- Du har goda datakunskaper - tidigare erfarenhet av Cenium 6 är ett stort plus.
- Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
- Fyllt 20 år (en del av de förekommande arbetsuppgifterna kräver enligt lag att man är minst 20 år)

Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal
Tjänstgöringsgrad: 80% med start omgående
Arbetstider: 22.00-07.15 förlagd både på vardagar och helger samt röda dagar. Dagsskift kan förekomma.
