Vi bygger Vesterålens største hotell på Stokmarknes. Hotellet ligger perfekt til i sjøkanten på Stokmarknes, og åpner i Mai 2023! Vil du være med på laget? Bygget blir to fløyer som er knyttet sammen på bakkeplan, vi skal ha 154 rom, Kurs- og konferanse fasiliteter, treningsrom, restaurant og bar. Hos oss er alle velkommen, både fra fjern og nær.

Som Kjøkkensjef blir du ansvarlig for alt av mat som produseres og serveres på hotellet, og alle ansatte på kjøkkenet.

Dette er en 100% fast stilling. Arbeidstider vil variere med hverdager og helger.
Vi ser etter deg som elsker mat og har ambisjoner både for deg selv og vår bedrift. Du må ha erfaring fra tilsvarende stilling, fagbrev som kokk og solid kunnskap om IK-mat. Lagspiller og leder, fleksibel og løsningsorientert er egenskaper som vi verdsetter høyt til denne stillingen. Det vil til tider kunne være høyt tempo, så det er en fordel å være effektiv og strukturert.
