Vi bygger Vesterålens største hotell på Stokmarknes. Hotellet ligger perfekt til i sjøkanten på Stokmarknes, og åpner i Mai 2023! Bygget blir to fløyer som er knyttet sammen på bakkeplan, vi skal ha 154 rom, Kurs- og konferanse fasiliteter, treningsrom, restaurant og bar. Hos oss er alle velkommen, både fra fjern og nær.

Som F&B Manager på hotellet blir du ansvarlig for alle operasjoner og ansatte som har med mat og drikke og gjøre. Du rapporterer til Hotelldirektøren og blir en del av hotellets ledergruppe.

Vi ser etter deg som er en mat-, drikke-, og serviceglad person som liker å være involvert i helhetsbildet på hotellet. Det er absolutt en fordel om du har lignende erfaring fra hotell/restaurantbransjen. Som person er du drevet av et sterkt kundefokus. Du har evnen til å se muligheter og finne ulike typer løsninger. Din styrke ligger i å skape et sterkt team og opprettholde gode relasjoner til gjester og kolleger. Du liker å jobbe og lede i et begivenhetsrikt miljø, jobber strukturert og har evnen til å prioritere.
