Ditt huvudansvar:
Corporate Sales Directors primära ansvar är att nå sina definierade försäljningsmål. Genom framför allt utgående telefonsamtal, fysiska kundmöten/site inspections och aktivt deltagande i affärsnätverk i definierad region utvecklar Corporate Sales Director proaktivt relationerna med Nordic Choice viktigaste kunder för att säkra affärsrelationen och fylla på hotellens pipelines. Corporate Sales Director kan också vara dedikerad ett visst hotell i pre-openingfas. En framgångsrik Corporate Sales Director arbetar fokuserat med uppgiften, håller ett högt tempo och älskar att nätverka och göra affärer.

Corporate Sales Director skall vara “The face of Nordic Choice” i Stockholms regionen.

Arbetet skall ske genom en strukturerad målstyrd arbetsmetodik, baserad på fakta, för att driva lönsamma affärer till Nordic Choice Hotels.

Arbetet som Corporate Sales Director inom Nordic Choice Hotels är en senior säljtjänst av tydligt säljande karaktär vilket kräver en hög nivå av kundkontakter via proaktiva utgående telefonsamtal, fysiska kundmöten nätverksträffar. Corporate Sales Director dokumenterar samtidigt noggrant samtliga insatser och affärer i för stunden aktuella system.

Corporate Sales Directors huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Etablera och löpande underhålla en destinationsplattform för de viktigaste hotellen i regionen
  • Proaktivt kontakta nya och befintliga kunder för att driva in förfrågningar av köp av hotelltjänster
  • Proaktivt kontakta nya och befintliga kunder för att utveckla affärsrelationen
  • Proaktivt ta hjälp av hotellens resurser för att vidga kontaktytan hos definierade kunder i destinationsplattformen
  • Ta ansvar för destinationsaffärer och driva dessa i samråd med Senior Profit Manager
  • Registrera och dokumentera insatser och försäljning enligt uppsatta rutiner
  • Vid behov stötta och hjälpa kollegor med andra nödvändiga arbetsuppgifter som för stunden är prioriterade, t.ex. affärer av komplex karaktär
  • Proaktivt lyfta förbättringsförslag och medverka till att verkställa dessa
  • Proaktivt samarbeta med dedikerade kontaktpersoner hos Profit

Arbetsplats:

Nödvändiga kompetenser:

  • Kunskaper/erfarenheter
  • Kunskap i och förståelse för målstyrt säljarbete
  • Goda teoretiska kunskaper gällande försäljning
  • Erfarenhet av personlig försäljning och förståelse för affärers komplexitet
  • Goda kunskaper i och erfarenhet av säljstödssystem och tillhörande verktyg
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av tjänsteförsäljning i ledande position
  • Lägst gymnasieutbildning
  • Goda datakunskaper inom företrädesvis SuperOffice, Google och Microsoft Office
  • Goda språkkunskaper i de nordiska språken samt i Engelska
