Vi har ambitionen att bli ett av stans skönaste hotell. Ytorna är designade för att ge utrymme för mer än bara hotellboende. Här vill vi samla entreprenörer, startups, frilansare, gäster och locals.
Hotellet ligger ett par stenkast från Centralstationen, har 102 hotellrum och en lounge/deli som passar perfekt för folk att umgås på. Vi har här också hjärtat på vårt hotell, vår Barception. Hotellets hub där gäster kan checka in, hänga i baren och beställa något att äta.
Nu ska vi anställa en Barception Supervisor, en receptionist med lite extra ansvarskänsla som brinner för att leverera service utöver det vanliga.
Du är professionell och personlig i ditt bemötande med gäster och kollegor. Din främsta uppgift är att ta hand om hotellet och våra gäster men som Supervisor har du också ansvaret att tillsammans med vår Barception manager se till att kollegorna har det fantastiskt på jobbet. Av den anledningen söker vi en person som är självgående och trygg som också har lätt för att samarbeta med andra människor.
Du jobbar nära med vår Barception manager och säkerställer att rutiner efterföljs, att vår Barception crew alltid är uppdaterad med vad som händer i Göteborg men också i våra rutiner. Du lär upp dom nya som börjar jobba hos oss och ser till att vi alla jobbar mot samma mål.
