Hvem er vi?
Comfort Hotel® er en hotellkjede der vi gir våre gjester det de trenger, og skipper det unødige. Og på Comfort Hotel Børsparken har vi med alt som er viktig for oss; miljøfokus, perfekt beliggenhet, sosiale rom å trives i. Alt til en beskjeden prislapp.
Vi har ambisjoner om å bli Norges viktigste hotell. Hotellet er skapt for å være en sosial møteplass, med plass til mer enn å bare å bo. Her vil vi samle entreprenører, startups, frilansere, gjester og locals. Hotellet har inngått et langsiktig samarbeid med OsloKollega hvor vi tar imot personer på arbeidstrening som vi sammen skal hjelpe ut i arbeidslivet, etter å ha vært hos oss en periode.
Som ansatt på Comfort Hotel Børsparken får du 40 nye kolleger med masse kompetanse. Vi er en mangfoldig og sosial gjeng i alle aldre. Comfort Hotel Børsparken ligger et par steinkast fra Oslo S og Operaen. Vi har 248 hotellrom, takterrasse og kanskje Norges råeste gym. Sist, men ikke minst, en Barception - den største i byen. Barception er hotellets hub der gjestene kan sjekke inn, henge i baren og bestille noe å spise. Her arrangerer vi gjerne events og afterworks.
Hvem søker vi?
For at alt skal fungere smidig i hotelldriften søker vi nå etter en Technical Manager (vaktmester). Du liker å "fikse biffen" ved å løse problemer hvor andre kanskje setter opp en lapp om "out of order". Du er profesjonell og personlig i ditt møte med ansatte og samarbeidspartnere, har gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk/skandinavisk eller engelsk. Som person er du selvgående, kompetent og trygg i jobben. Vi ser gjerne at du har erfaring fra en driftsavdeling på hotell tidligere, eller annen relevant erfaring til jobben.

Jobben:
Som Technical Manager på Comfort Hotel Børsparken er du sammen med driftsavdelingene med på å sette standarden for hotellet og hvordan det oppleves for våre gjester. Du vil blant annet få hovedansvar for å følge opp og lukke enkle vedlikeholdsoppgaver, være hovedkontakt for våre samarbeidspartnere på elektrisk, rør og ventilasjon. I tillegg følger du opp nødvendige serviceavtaler og pålagte rapporteringer på vegne av hotellet. Stillingen er en del av hotellets ledergruppe og rapporterer til hotelldirektør.
