Vår nuvarande Guest service Manager har tackat ja till tjänsten som Meeting & Event manager och nu söker vi efter hennes efterträdare. Är du den som kan rodda en av Stockholms största receptioner med gäster 24/7? Är du den som fortsatt kan se till att vår gästnöjdhet ligger på topp för denna avdelning? Är du en teamplayer som tillsammans med resten av avdelningarna på hotellet tar Clarion Sign till en ny nivå? Då ska du söka rollen som Welcome Office Manager!
Clarion Hotel Sign är ett av Stockholms största hotell och ligger mitt i Stockholm City, nära både Arlanda Express och Centralstationen. Innanför hotellets väggar finner man 558 hotellrum och en konferensdel som kan ta hand om över 1.000 personer. På våning 8 hittar man Selma City Spa med den omtalade rooftop poolen samt den gröna sommarbaren Rooftop Garden Bar. På våning 2 kan man träna 24/7 i hotellets flashiga gym och även boka in sig tillsammans med hotellets egna PT's för ett träningspass eller två. På entrévåningen finner man stjärnkocken Marcus Samuelssons restaurang Kitchen & Table Norrmalm och en bar med musik flera dagar i veckan.
Helt enkel, innanför Clarion Signs väggar hittar både gäster och locals allt man kan önska sig!

Som Welcome Office Manager på Clarion Hotel Sign äger man gästresan från ankomst till avresa. Gästerna ska alltid bli bemötta med energi, mod och begeistring i varje kontakt med dig och ditt team. Målet är att varje gäst ska lämna hotellet och känna WOW.
Welcome Office Manager rapporterar till Hotellchef och är en del av hotellets avdelningschefsgrupp.
Din personlighet präglas av att ständigt vilja vinna, utveckla dig själv och din organisation. Du är en lagspelare, som vinner tillsammans med dina kollegor. Du brinner för våra gäster och medarbetare och har ett naturligt intresse för våra We Care frågor. Vi ser gärna att du har varit Welcome Office Manager tidigare på ett större hotell eller att du varit hotellchef på ett mindre hotell.
