Restaurant also serves sumptuous breakfast and classic afternoon tea. With the help of accompanying Kämp Bar, these two create a restaurant experience worth remembering. When it comes to meetings and events, we want to offer the best settings to organize venues in Helsinki and make our guest´s events unforgettable one.

Now we are looking for a Breakfast Head Waiter / Head Waitress to lead the hotel´s F&B operations in our own shift.

Position is permanent, starting flexibly, and according to your life situation, we are ready to discuss the form of contract (full-time or part-time). Our F&B operations are open all year round and almost 24 hours a day, so you need to be prepared to work even on weekends and holidays. Our breakfast shifts for Head Waiters are between 5.30-13.00. Full-time workers shifts are extended to lunch service.

The main task of the Head Waiter is to keep our customers happy together with our team. Therefore, to be successful at work, you need strong organizational skills, a real passion for creating unforgettable experiences, and a desire to lead by example. Your tasks include planning your own shift according to business, utilizing the strengths of the team, terminating the targets for the shift, and motivating the team to reach them, customer service and sales, and quality control.

You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude that can turn potential challenges into a success and strong background from the F&B industry that will help you lead your shift. We appreciate the initiative to work, systematic and flexible attitude. You can communicate at least in English, preferably in Finnish also. The genuine interest of taking care of our guests' unique events in accordance with the values ​​of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential.
