Vi söker nu Head Waiter till Clarion Malmö Live.
Som Head Waiter på underbara Malmö Live roterar du på någon av våra två restauranger, Kitchen & Table och Eatery Social Taqueria eller inom vår Banquett avdelning. Du älskar event - stora som små och möten med människor. Du älskar att vara i händelsernas centrum och styra den dagliga driften. För att axla rollen som Head Waiter på just Clarion Malmö Live krävs det att du har tidigare erfarenhet. - Du har kanske tidigare arbetat som Restaurang Manager eller som Head Waiter på stora anläggningar.
Ansvarsområden
Att leda och fördela arbetet under den dagliga driften
Att genom avdelningens personal skapa en oförglömlig upplevelse för hotellets gäster.
Att ständigt verka för ökad lönsamhet och mersälj genom tävlingar och aktivt coachande av personal i drift.
Kvalifikationer och egenskaper:
Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av liknande roll som Hovmästare inom stor bankettverksamhet eller a la carte restaurtanger. Du kan också tidigare varit Restaurang Manager.
Du har tidigare haft personalansvar, vana att leda personal.
Du brinner för vår bransch och för att utveckla personalen till att ge den bästa service till våra gäster.
Du har ett stort intresse för mat och dryck och tycker om att vara i händelsernas centrum.
